Role Summary:

The Brand, Content & Creative team serves all RevZilla brands by providing photography and video production, creative asset generation, and brand voice development. The Brand Operations team is responsible for logistics and planning related to production and project needs for the Brand Content and Creative team.

If you are detail-oriented and organized, this position may be ideal for you. The Production Coordinator will facilitate pre-production preparations, coordinate freelance talent, and provide on-set support across various teams for Creative & Content. This role involves managing request intake, communicating progress, and coordinating logistical execution for our photography and video production teams as we create original video content, product videos, lifestyle photography, and social media content.

This position requires a hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence in our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate pre-production activities, including sourcing and preparing outfits, props, bikes, and models for shoots.
  • Manage request intake, scheduling, and planning for the Video and Photo teams.
  • Utilize project management software to schedule production requests, meetings, and manage calendars.
  • Support product video production through scheduling, preparation, and documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders and communicate progress and challenges to the content team.
  • Act as the primary problem solver for the Media and Content team in a studio environment.
  • Ensure on-set needs are met and hospitality items are available for crew and talent.
  • Maintain relationships with freelance talent and coordinate logistics for shoots.
  • Conduct preparatory meetings with the team to ensure clarity and efficiency.
  • Oversee pre-production space management and support administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of experience in pre-production, video, or photography in a studio or agency setting.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (experience with Smartsheets, JIRA, or Confluence is a plus).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, proactive communication skills, and adaptability.
  • Experience supporting creative professionals on location.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Critical thinking skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
  • Ability to travel to and from the office and on location as required.
