The Creative Operations Production Coordinator plays a vital role within the Brand, Content & Creative team, which serves all five brands under the RevZilla umbrella. This team is responsible for photography and video production, creative asset generation, and maintaining brand voice. The Production Coordinator will oversee logistics and planning for all production-related tasks, ensuring smooth execution of projects.

The Production Coordinator will facilitate pre-production preparations, coordinate freelance talent, and provide on-set support across various teams involved in Creative & Content initiatives. Responsibilities include managing request intake, communicating progress, and coordinating logistical needs for our photography and video production teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate pre-production activities, including sourcing and preparing outfits, props, bikes, and models for shoots.
- Manage scheduling and planning for the Video and Photo teams, ensuring efficient operations in the production studio.
- Utilize project management tools to schedule production requests, meetings, and track samples.
- Support product video production through effective scheduling and preparation.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and communicate any challenges to the content team.
- Act as the primary problem solver for the Media and Content team in a studio environment.
- Anticipate on-set needs and ensure all necessary hospitality items are available for the crew and talent.
- Foster relationships with freelance talent to align with creative visions.
- Conduct preparatory meetings to ensure clarity and efficiency before shoots.
- Maintain the pre-production space and manage administrative tasks for the production studio.
- Offer additional administrative support to the creative team as required.
The ideal candidate for the Creative Operations Production Coordinator role will possess:
- 2-5 years of experience in pre-production, video, or photography within an agency or retail context.
- Familiarity with project management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
- Experience supporting creative professionals on location.
- Strong time management abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple projects.
- Critical thinking skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Reliable transportation for commuting as needed.
