Role Summary:
The Brand, Content & Creative team serves all RevZilla brands by providing photography and video production, creative asset development, and brand messaging. The Brand Operations team is essential for managing logistics and planning related to production and project needs for the Brand Content and Creative team.
If you are detail-oriented and organized, this position may be ideal for you. The Production Coordinator will assist with pre-production preparations, freelance coordination, and on-set support across various teams for Creative & Content initiatives. Responsibilities include managing request intake, communicating progress, and coordinating logistical execution for our photography and video production teams.
This role requires a hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence in our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate pre-production activities, including sourcing and preparing outfits, props, and models for shoots.
- Manage scheduling and planning for the Video and Photo teams.
- Utilize project management software to schedule production requests and manage calendars.
- Support video production through scheduling and preparation tasks.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and communicate any challenges to the content team.
- Act as the primary problem solver for the Media and Content team during production.
- Ensure on-set needs are met and hospitality items are available for the crew.
- Coordinate with freelance talent to ensure alignment with creative goals.
- Conduct prep meetings to ensure clarity and efficiency prior to shoots.
- Maintain pre-production space and manage sample tracking.
- Provide administrative support for production as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2-5 years of experience in pre-production or on-set video/photography within an agency or retail context.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
- Experience supporting creative professionals on location.
- Strong time management abilities and capability to handle multiple projects.
- Critical thinking skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Personal transportation for travel as required.
