Role Description and Expectations
The Senior Creative Director - Copy is a key member of our Creative team who is responsible for overseeing the copy team and ensuring that all marketing campaigns meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. This role requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that meet the needs of our clients and drive business results.
- Lead and manage a team of copywriters and other creative professionals to ensure that all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as account management and media planning, to ensure that all marketing campaigns are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure that all marketing campaigns are delivered within budget and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the work delivered.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Creative team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing and creative leadership, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of creative professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and make informed decisions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
