The Senior Events Program Director will oversee the development, execution, and management of a robust events framework for Precision Scientia. This position emphasizes participation in industry conferences, trade exhibitions, webinars, and other relevant gatherings to elevate brand visibility, cultivate leads, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess significant expertise in event coordination, outstanding organizational capabilities, and a strategic approach to enhance business growth through effective event management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy Development:
    • Formulate and execute a cohesive event strategy that aligns with corporate objectives and marketing goals.
    • Identify pivotal industry events, trade exhibitions, and conferences that resonate with business aims and target demographics.
    • Establish and maintain a comprehensive events calendar.
  • Management of Conferences and Trade Shows:
    • Direct the planning and implementation of the company’s involvement in major conferences and trade shows.
    • Oversee booth design, layout, and logistics to ensure a professional and engaging representation.
    • Coordinate event registration for personnel.
    • Lead innovative booth activations to attract and engage attendees.
    • Develop marketing initiatives before and after events to maximize participation and interaction.
    • Compile post-event reports and summaries to document leads, return on investment, and customer relationship management metrics.
  • Webinar and Virtual Event Management:
    • Organize and execute a series of webinars aimed at engaging clients and prospects.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant and compelling content.
    • Manage the webinar platform, registrations, and technical logistics.
    • Evaluate webinar performance and audience engagement, providing insights for ongoing enhancement.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders:
    • Work closely with business development, marketing, and product teams to ensure event strategies align with business objectives.
    • Partner with external vendors, event organizers, and sponsors to guarantee seamless event execution.
    • Establish and nurture strong relationships with industry associations and key influencers.
  • Budget and Resource Oversight:
    • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
    • Monitor expenditures and negotiate with vendors to optimize event costs.
    • Provide regular updates on event ROI, including lead generation, attendee feedback, and overall impact.

Measures of Success:

  • Lead Generation: Meet or surpass lead generation targets from events, assessed by the quantity and quality of leads produced.
  • Budget Compliance: Effectively manage event budgets, ensuring events are executed within or below budget while maintaining quality.
  • ROI Assessment: Demonstrate a favorable return on investment for all events through detailed post-event analysis, including metrics such as new business opportunities, sales conversions, and overall attendee satisfaction.
  • Stakeholder Contentment: Maintain high satisfaction levels among internal and external stakeholders, including positive feedback from event participants and partners.
  • Innovation and Enhancement: Continuously introduce innovative concepts and improvements to the event strategy, leveraging new technologies and best practices to enhance event effectiveness and engagement.

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in event management, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing large-scale events.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency with virtual event platforms and familiarity with webinar best practices.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary for event planning and execution (approximately 10%).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Experience with On24.
  • Understanding and experience with project management platforms (Asana, Workfront, Teams, etc.).
