Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team at Standex Engraving Group. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule ranging from 15-25 hours per week onsite, ideal for individuals seeking a balance between work and personal life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, ordering low inventory as needed.
  • Request quotes from approved suppliers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Oversee Purchase Order management, preparing POs for job materials and following up with vendors for timely delivery.
  • Generate and update internal quotes and sales orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service, communicating effectively with customers using company-provided equipment.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years' experience with Epicor or other ERP application.
  • 1-2 years' experience in purchasing and sales support, preferred.
  • Proficiency in English reading and writing.
  • U.S. citizenship.
