We are currently seeking a Business Architecture Lead for the Transformation Office to join our organization and assist in crafting a comprehensive strategy for implementing business transformation across the enterprise.

This role will be a vital component of the Transformation Office, ensuring that our business strategies are in harmony with our technology and data architecture.

We are in search of a qualified professional who is enthusiastic about innovation and dedicated to excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, and Business Process Analysis, along with experience in developing and executing business transformation initiatives.

In addition to strong technical and analytical capabilities, the ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for business transformation across the enterprise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of business strategies with technology and data architecture.
  • Partner with senior leadership to define and prioritize business capabilities, ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
  • Utilize strong technical and analytical skills to identify innovative solutions and address business challenges.
  • Create and maintain business architecture frameworks, models, and documentation.
  • Communicate business architecture strategies and roadmaps effectively across the organization.
  • Develop creative solutions to complex business issues.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Consulting experience with a leading consulting firm.
  • Strong knowledge of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with business process modeling and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional certifications in business architecture (e.g., TOGAF, BIZBOK) are advantageous.
Work Flexibility

This role offers the possibility of remote work up to two days a week.
