GD Resources LLC is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Office of Enterprise Technology, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of critical enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale change initiatives and a deep understanding of organizational change management principles. You will be responsible for establishing the readiness of our internal and external stakeholders within a structured process framework, including changes to business processes, systems, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to help employees maximize the adoption of new programs.
  • Conduct organizational change readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Collaborate with executive leaders to develop and implement corrective actions to address resistance and performance gaps.
  • Design and implement measurement systems to track and report on individual changes' adoption, utilization, and proficiency.
  • Develop and manage communication materials, including surveys, newsletters, and project updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, Organizational or Cultural Change Management, or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change initiatives.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication style and content for various audiences.
  • Experience with large-scale system deployment in a healthcare organization.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage work to a defined schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prosci or other Change Management certification.
  • Previous experience with large-scale, technology-related change.
