We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Client Executive II to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and retention of our existing customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with existing customers to understand their needs and goals
- Identify opportunities to meet/exceed customer needs and provide solutions to address those needs
- Drive retention and achieve renewal targets by engaging customers during the renewal window
- Upsell specific product lines and pass leads to sales executives for major products
- Support in developing and executing territory growth strategies
- Use technology, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Connect & Sell, to maximize effectiveness
We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in client-facing roles, preferably with a minimum of 3 years of experience in inside or outside sales. You should have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of individuals.
