We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Account Manager to join our team at Michael and Son Services.

Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Business Development Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Communicating with clients by phone, email, and face-to-face to ensure their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building strong client relationships to maintain old business and acquire new customers.
- Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled.
- Resolving complaints and tracking processes related to client desires.
- Acting as the client's representative within the firm to ensure their demands are met while improving the customer experience.
- Working directly with multiple contractors to create accurate bids and scope of work.
- Tracking ongoing jobs and proposals via job progress sheets.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in construction knowledge.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while developing new business.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
- Sales/Business Development experience is a plus.
