Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engagement: Promptly follow up on leads and reach out to prospective clients, introducing them to Chemtek's premier asphalt solutions.
- Client Success Management: Ensure client satisfaction by guiding them in product selection and providing ongoing support regarding product application.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain robust relationships with both potential and existing clients, demonstrating genuine interest in their needs and challenges.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all sales activities and customer insights in Salesforce, utilizing the platform to manage daily tasks effectively.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Build one-on-one relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor while providing tailored recommendations.
- Order Fulfillment: Successfully close orders from inbound leads, maximizing conversion rates and driving revenue.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Small Business Sales Team to identify and seize new business opportunities.
- Customer-Centric Support: Deliver prompt and responsive support, addressing client inquiries and concerns efficiently.
- Market Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of the market and client needs to confidently address questions and provide solutions.
- Revenue Growth: Strategically cultivate a portfolio of clients focused on generating sustainable annual revenue.
Qualifications
- Education: A college degree is advantageous, but determination and capability are paramount.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a client-facing sales or support role, demonstrating effective engagement with clients.
- CRM Skills: Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools, with experience managing customer data and sales activities.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, including Salesforce, Slack, and Outlook.
- Business Development: Ability to proactively generate new business opportunities and foster long-term client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, adept at managing multiple lead sources.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation abilities, capable of identifying client needs and providing tailored solutions.
