Talent Acquisition and Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale, USA. As a Talent Acquisition and Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Talent Sourcing: Identify and source top talent for open positions, utilizing a variety of recruitment channels and strategies.
- Recruitment Marketing: Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top candidates.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews and make recommendations for hire.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with a proven track record in developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of US labour laws and HR best practices, with the ability to apply them in a practical and compliant manner.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Fully equipped workstations with a laptop, monitors, headsets, keyboard, mouse, and any other necessary tools for a comfortable and productive work experience.
- Working fully onsite, Monday to Friday, in a dynamic and engaging environment.
