About the Role
The Talent Acquisition and Management Professional will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the human resources function. This includes hiring, onboarding, and team member relations. The individual will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with Gaming Commission guidelines and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure accurate completion of new hire forms and produce identification badges.
  • Provide excellent guest service to internal and external clients.

Requirements
* High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one (1) year of related human resources experience required
* Bilingual – Creole or Spanish speaking preferred
* One (1) year experience with computerized application systems
* Must have knowledge of MS office software to include Word and Excel
* Experience working in a high volume, fast paced environment required
* Excellent interpersonal and guest service skills, along with outstanding telephone etiquette
* Ability to perform duties accurately and efficiently and exhibit strong time management and multi-tasking skills
* Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of all data and information

Estimated Salary
$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.
