Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Manager to join our team in South Florida. As the primary point of contact for client recruitment needs, you will be responsible for overseeing candidate screening, scheduling, negotiation, reporting, and pipeline management.

Your duties will include communicating with the sourcing team, evaluating candidates, approving candidate screening schedules, and packaging candidate profiles for clients. You will also be responsible for sending weekly reports to clients, assisting with client onboarding, and managing client relationships.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 + commission + quarterly bonuses. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 1-4 years of professional working experience.
  • 6-12 months of staffing industry experience.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Ability to work on-site (in-office) 2 days a week.
