Our esteemed client, a prominent player in the financial sector, is seeking to onboard a Client Relations Specialist.
Job Title: Client Relations Specialist
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Compensation: $21.99/hour
Role Description:
The Client Relations Specialists are responsible for managing incoming inquiries related to client accounts. They must provide responses with a high level of precision and effectiveness, consistently achieving key performance indicators set by the department.
Key support areas include client Cash Management solutions, online banking services, mobile applications, and general financial inquiries.
Ideal candidates will exhibit professionalism, a strong career focus, and a dedication to delivering exceptional service.
Required Skills:

- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adapt swiftly to changes in a bustling financial service setting.
- Prior experience in a contact center is preferred.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
