Compensation Range:
$20-$22/Hr
Position Overview:
Client Service Professionals are responsible for managing incoming calls related to various service inquiries concerning accounts.
These calls must be handled with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, consistently meeting essential departmental performance metrics.
Key support areas include Cash Management products and services, the online client portal, mobile applications, and general inquiries related to accounts or financial matters.
Successful candidates will exhibit professionalism, a career-oriented mindset, and a commitment to delivering World-Class Service.They should possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and demonstrate the aptitude to multitask and adapt swiftly to changes in a dynamic financial service center.
Preferred qualifications include one of the following: a college degree or prior experience in a contact center.
