Compensation Range:
$20-$22/Hr

Position Overview:
Client Relations Specialists are responsible for managing incoming inquiries related to account services.

These professionals must respond with a high level of accuracy and efficiency while consistently achieving key performance metrics.

Key support areas include Cash Management products and services, online platforms, mobile applications, and general account or financial inquiries.

Successful candidates will demonstrate professionalism, ambition, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

They should be capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and possess the ability to multitask and adapt swiftly to changes in a dynamic financial service center.

Preferred qualifications include either a college degree or prior experience in a contact center environment. Please note that this position does not offer paid time off benefits, aside from those mandated by state or federal law.
