About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Director to join our team at ATN International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for all aspects of treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treasury Operations:
    • Oversee and manage all treasury operations, including cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
    • Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
    • Manage banking and lending relationships, including credit agreements and loan covenant compliance.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's financial well-being, including market and credit risks.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure and maximize returns.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute risk mitigation strategies.
  • Investor Relations:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with investors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and transparency.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and other materials to support investor relations efforts.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement investor relations strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in treasury, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
