ATN International seeks a seasoned Treasury Director to lead all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, risk mitigation, and investor relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, treasury, and investor relations, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all treasury operations, including cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
  • Develop and implement strategic finance initiatives, including financing and refinancing activities.
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis, as requested.
  • Coordinate annual insurance renewal submissions and negotiate insurance coverages.
  • Manage request for COIs and indemnity solutions.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and Business Units to ensure contract terms align with insurance requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking, treasury, and/or investor relations.
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) License a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
