About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Director to join our team at ATN International. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction in all aspects of treasury management, including cash management, risk mitigation, and investor relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Treasury Operations:
    • Oversee and manage all treasury operations, including cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
    • Develop and implement effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize risk.
    • Manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure optimal banking and lending arrangements.
  • Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks to the company's financial well-being, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to minimize exposure to these risks.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that risk management strategies are aligned with business objectives.
  • Investor Relations:
    • Develop and maintain relationships with investors and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and transparency.
    • Prepare and present financial reports and other materials to investors and other stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in treasury management, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
