ATN International seeks a highly skilled Treasury Director to lead all aspects of treasury operations, including cash management, risk mitigation, and investor relations. The successful candidate will provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure the company's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee cash forecasting, disbursements, and intercompany obligations.
  • Manage company credit agreements, including compliance calculations and letter of credit issuance.
  • Support strategic finance initiatives, including financing and refinancing activities.
  • Lead special projects and ad hoc analysis as requested.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in banking, treasury, and/or investor relations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) License.
  • Master's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance.
  • Familiarity with banking compliance reporting.
  • Exposure to hedging programs.
  • Previous involvement in corporate insurance programs.
