Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager on Duty to join our team at Equinox. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of staff, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming lobby area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of staff to ensure excellent service delivery
* Provide top-notch customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
* Assist with hiring, training, and supervising staff to meet business needs
* Maintain an orderly lobby area, ensuring a clean and organized environment for our members and guests
* Work flexible hours, including opening shifts, to support the club's operation
What We Are Looking For
* A reliable, professional, and enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service
* Strong leadership skills, with experience in customer service, preferably in a health club or fitness setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of colleagues and members
