Job Overview

Tower Auto Mall is a leading livery dealership serving drivers in NYC and LA for over 25 years. We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Sales and Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service and sales agents
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication with customers
  • Manage customer data and develop reports to track key performance metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience working in customer service and/or sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of customer service and support processes and industry trends
  • Proficiency with customer service software and applications
