  • Providing feedback on the effectiveness of our customer service process.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • The ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • Experience in customer support is desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who value providing outstanding customer experiences and are passionate about working in a fast-paced environment.
