Sales and Customer Experience Manager

Tower Auto Mall, the leading livery dealership in NYC, is expanding its operations into the Los Angeles area and seeks an experienced Sales and Customer Experience Manager to lead our customer service team.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 2 years of managerial experience working in customer service and/or sales. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of customer service and sales agents
- Create a customer service team to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- At least 2 years of managerial experience working in customer service and/or sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time
