The Maguire Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles at dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

About the Job:

This is a base salary plus commission position with an estimated annual salary of $60,000 - $80,000 based on performance. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment.
  • Demonstrate new and used vehicles (includes test drives).
  • Deliver vehicles to customers.
  • Maintain an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat business.
  • Keep abreast of new products and customer benefits.
  • Assist in lot and inventory maintenance.
  • Maintain CSI in top 10% of group.
  • Support and endorse dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED).
  • Valid New York State Driver License.
