We are looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at the Maguire Automotive Group. This is a dynamic role that requires a sales professional who can consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

About the Job:

This is a base salary plus commission position with an estimated annual salary of $65,000 - $85,000 based on performance. As an Automotive Sales Representative, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide them with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide feature presentations of new or used vehicles.
  • Attend sales meetings.
  • Maintain a prospect development system.
  • Keep abreast of new products and customer benefits.
  • Assist in lot and inventory maintenance.
  • Maintain CSI in top 10% of group.
  • Support and endorse dealership policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or General Educational Diploma (GED).
  • Valid New York State Driver License.
