Manufacturing Associate

ARG Industrial is in search of a dedicated Production Worker/Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes and requires a proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities- Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses and manage assembly orders.
- Produce hose assemblies according to specified standards.
- Assist walk-in customers and process orders at the counter.
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing orders.
- Verify product performance against defined criteria.
- Utilize hand and power tools effectively.
- Operate hose assembly equipment for cutting, cleaning, crimping, and capping hose assemblies.
- Communicate any material shortages or issues to the production supervisor.
- Participate in daily inventory counts.
- Identify various fittings and hose types by sight.
- Operate forklifts as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings.
- Forklift experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills.
- Team-oriented work ethic.
- Timely completion of work assignments.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Dependable and reliable attendance.
