HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR MISSION

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the SDZWA Talent Acquisition Strategy, handling various administrative responsibilities throughout the complete recruitment cycle.

This position reports directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately inputs data for all new hires, ensuring a high level of precision.

Manages job postings for open positions across various recruitment platforms, including internal job boards, external job sites, social media, and professional networks.

Assists in coordinating all pre-employment processes, such as reference checks, background investigations, and drug screenings.
Ensures the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information, including Personal Identifiable Information (PII).
Engages in special projects related to other HR functions as business needs arise.

QUALIFICATIONS WE SEEK

EXPERIENCE
At least one year of experience in data entry and/or related administrative support roles
Minimum of one year of experience with HRIS, ATS, or other recruitment systems. Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce is advantageous.

EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
Associate's degree in Business Administration or a related field
HR Certification

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities; proficient in both verbal and written communication.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic, adaptability, customer service orientation, and the capacity to foresee challenges and requirements.

Knowledge of HR policies and practices; familiarity with HR resources and tools.
Ability to maintain accuracy while managing a high volume of tasks.
Collaborates effectively with diverse groups, including peers, employees, and leadership.
Prioritizes and manages multiple competing tasks in a dynamic environment.
