  • Data Reporting: Deliver consistent updates and reports to clients regarding recruitment progress, metrics, and key performance indicators. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and provide data-driven insights.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that recruitment processes comply with legal and regulatory standards. Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality throughout all interactions.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, ideally within an RPO or agency setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple recruitment processes concurrently and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent).
  • Experience collaborating with clients across various industries and sectors.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
