Become a Key Player at Global Relay:

We're seeking a skilled Strategic Customer Success Manager, Enterprise, to join our team and drive customer success and business growth. As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders to provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with Global Relay departments to solve complex customer issues. Your responsibilities will include ongoing account management, reconciliation, upselling, and developing strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive loyalty and growth.

About Your Role: In this key position, you'll leverage your expertise in account management and customer service to drive customer satisfaction and business growth. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ongoing account management and reconciliation
  • Upselling and cross-selling Global Relay services to existing customers
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve customer inquiries and issues
  • Developing strong relationships with enterprise clients to drive loyalty and growth
About You:
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably in the IT sector
  • Proven ability to assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
  • Effective time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Estimated Salary: $90,000-$125,000 USD per year (base salary range)
