Job Title: Service Coordinator

At Trane Technologies, we're seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our Buffalo, NY team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and controlling activities of operational resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the execution of service agreements and repair work, ensuring timely completion within financial standards.
  • Procure labor and materials as needed, communicating with Field Technicians and Service Managers to prioritize job tasks.
  • Investigate customer concerns, route them to assigned staff, and respond to special requests to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Generate work orders, review project paperwork, and forward project documentation to Project Administrators.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with relatable office experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate on the phone.
  • Organized with strong multitasking and prioritization skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
  • Salesforce experience a plus.

  • Competitive base pay range: $45,000 - $60,000, eligible for overtime.
