Job Overview

At T-Mobile, we're seeking a driven and ambitious Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and delivering exceptional sales experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads and referrals through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
  • Analyze customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
  • Present and close deals, working closely with customers to understand their needs and tailor recommendations to meet their requirements.
  • Work with leadership to develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management.
  • Participate in training opportunities on products and services and attend sales meetings.
  • Devise creative and effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
  • Manage sales funnel and generate reporting on sales activities and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
