- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Participate in training opportunities on products and services, and attend sales meetings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Work Experience: 1+ years verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Required)
- Skills and Abilities: Task Management, Customer Service, Communication, Effective Presentation and Closing Skills, Proposal Writing Experience (Preferred)
- Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,800 - $129,400, inclusive of target incentives
- Base Pay Range: $43,080 - $77,640
- Benefits Package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k), employee stock grants, employee stock purchase plan, paid time off, and up to 12 paid holidays
