We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist.

This position requires on-site engagement and involves supporting a contract that focuses on Independent Validation & Verification, Operations, Sustainment, and Installation support. The Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) systems offer near real-time material-based readiness reporting to the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy (DRRS-N) and deliver additional primary capabilities to the Fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct manual and automated software testing.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master.
  • Manage projects within the AWS Cloud environment.
  • Oversee the use of JIRA, JAMA, and Confluence for project support.

Experience Requirements:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in resolving technical challenges.
  • Proficient in engineering concepts and software design/maintenance.
  • Experience in ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards for products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) software testing.
  • Three (3) years of experience in developing automated software tests.
  • Two (2) years of experience in an agile software development environment.

Educational Background:

  • High School diploma/GED, relevant military experience, or completion of a trade/industrial school program.

Security Clearance:

  • Must possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET clearance.
