Position Overview
We are currently in search of a Quality Assurance Analyst II to join our team. This role is integral to supporting a contract with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC), Atlantic. The responsibilities include Independent Validation & Verification, Operations, Sustainment, and Installation support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Maintenance Figure of Merit (MFOM) systems, providing near real-time material-based readiness reporting.
- Contribute to automated software testing and act as a Scrum Master.
- Operate within the AWS Cloud environment and manage tools such as JIRA, JAMA, and Confluence.
- Provide project support to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma/GED, relevant military experience, or trade/industrial school graduate.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in resolving technical issues. Familiarity with engineering and/or software design and maintenance is essential. A practical understanding of engineering concepts is required.
Preferred Experience: Three (3) years of experience in Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) software testing, three (3) years in developing automated software tests, and two (2) years in an agile software development environment.
Security Clearance: A Secret Security Clearance is required for this position.
