Customer Support Specialist - Evening Shift
As a vital member of our team, you will engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone and email, to manage orders and service modifications.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to billing or service discrepancies, directing complex concerns to appropriate departments for further investigation.
- Efficiently process and record all customer transactions, ensuring accurate inventory management through regular stock assessments.
- Facilitate urgent shipping requests by collaborating with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Foster positive relationships with clients by addressing all questions and concerns regarding invoices, shipments, and inventory in a professional and effective manner.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience or training in customer service.
- Familiarity with AS400 systems and warehouse management software is advantageous.
- Proficient in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural documentation.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with managers, clients, and colleagues.
