Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support sales and service goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Monitor and analyze sales and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and service strategies
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales and service software and systems
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
