Customer Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales and service team, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to support sales and service goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Monitor and analyze sales and service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales and service strategies
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
- Knowledge of sales and service software and systems
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
