Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Administrative and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Della Infotech. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, and performing administrative tasks to support the team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, spreadsheet completion, and documentation management
• Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:
• High school graduate (some college preferred)
• 3-5 years customer service experience within a call center environment
• Above average computer skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales and customer satisfaction targets
