Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team at CHI St. Joseph Health. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a critical role in assessing the nutritional status of our patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using recognized assessment tools and develop intervention plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify patients at nutritional risk and develop strategies to address their needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to interventions and update plans as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with completion of an accredited dietitian program (ACEND - Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition Dietetics).
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Dietitian State license in the following states: Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Ohio, Kansas, Georgia, Iowa, Utah.
