Join Our Team as a Medical Laboratory Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team at Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. As a Medical Laboratory Technologist, you will play a vital role in delivering quality results and advancing the health and wellbeing of our communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform moderate and high complexity testing to analyze, review, and report testing results.
  • Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards, championing safety, compliance, and quality control.
  • Operate general laboratory equipment, including telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms.
  • Collaborate with our team to advance the health and wellbeing of our communities as a leader in clinical laboratory solutions.
Requirements:
  • At minimum an associate's degree in laboratory science or Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology; or Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Biological, or Physical Science with 1 year of Medical Technology training.
  • ~1 year of laboratory training or experience performing high complexity testing.
  • ~ Basic blood banking experience is required for this laboratory.
  • ~ Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills.

This role will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI). Employees will be trained on reasonable safeguards and are expected to maintain strict confidentiality, as well as abide by all applicable privacy and security standards.
