Job Title: Polysomnographer Specialist

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Polysomnographer Specialist to join our team in Bryan, Texas.

Job Summary:

The Polysomnographer Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the Sleep Laboratory, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients. This role requires advanced expertise in Polysomnographic Care modalities, therapies, equipment, and medications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform polysomnographic studies in a clinical setting, including oxygen and nasal continuous positive airway pressure titrations.
  • Score studies and formulate reports for physician interpretation.
  • Communicate instructions, results, and relative information to patients, physicians, and family members.
  • Calibrate and perform routine and troubleshooting maintenance on equipment, contacting manufacturers for repairs as needed.
  • Maintain standards for completeness of Continuous Quality Improvement and Quality Control measurements.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
  • 2 Years of Experience.
  • Polysomnography Tech (POLYTECH) certification.
