Job Title: Clinical Dietitian

At Catholic Health Initiatives, we are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will play a vital role in assessing the nutritional status of our patients and developing personalized nutrition plans to improve their health and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nutritional assessments using recognized assessment tools and develop intervention plans tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient response to interventions and update plans as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify patients at nutritional risk and contribute to facilitating care.
  • Work with the Food and Nutrition Services team to enhance patient experience.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree with completion of an accredited dietitian program.
  • Valid registration as a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Dietitian State license in the following states: Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, Tennessee, Ohio, Kansas, Georgia, Iowa, Utah.
