Job Summary

Superior Vending Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Route Delivery Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of vending services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage routes to ensure efficient delivery of products to clients.
  • Assign drivers to routes and monitor their performance to ensure high-quality service.
  • Manage driver schedules and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of driver performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized workspace, including the warehouse and delivery vehicles.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Operations Officer to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the vending industry.
  • Knowledge of vending management systems, such as Vendsys or Cantaloupe.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as cartons and pallets.

  • Meet or exceed performance goals, including delivery schedules and customer satisfaction metrics.
