Optimum Retail Sales Consultant Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Optimum. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized sales support to customers, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers and promote our services.
  • Assist customers with billing and service-related questions, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their accounts.
  • Process payments, exchanges, and equipment issues efficiently and accurately.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure an exceptional customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of retail selling experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivator with a knack for working independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills.
  • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver license, car insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
