Corporate Social Responsibility Strategist

Nasdaq is in search of a Corporate Social Responsibility Strategist to spearhead initiatives and collaborations with both nonprofit and for-profit entities on a global scale. This position is pivotal and highly recognized within the organization. Key responsibilities encompass overseeing a specialist dedicated to volunteer initiatives, crafting CSR programs, executing program evaluations, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement KPIs and strategic direction in collaboration with the VP of Purpose Oversee communications related to CSR programs for both internal and external stakeholders Assess market trends and pinpoint partnership prospects Create and execute initiatives for corporate social responsibility Cultivate relationships with community partners and key stakeholders Foster internal engagement and enhance storytelling efforts with marketing and public relations teams

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years in CSR or a related academic background Strong leadership capabilities Keen attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple projects Exceptional communication abilities Experience with volunteer management systems Proven success in managing multi-stakeholder initiatives A genuine passion for community-driven development
