About the Position

Do you have a private sector head and a public good heart? We are seeking a driven leader to spearhead our corporate partnerships program. You will be responsible for cultivating relationships with businesses, securing funding, and developing innovative programs that support First Book's mission of providing equitable access to quality education for all children.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for engaging corporations in support of First Book's mission.
  • Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with key decision-makers at corporate partners.
  • Secure funding commitments from corporations through grants, sponsorships, and in-kind donations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement impactful programs that align with corporate partner goals and First Book's mission.
  • Track and analyze the impact of corporate partnerships on First Book's overall success.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record of success in developing and managing corporate partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the philanthropic landscape and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Passion for First Book's mission and commitment to educational equity.
