Job Title: Senior Manager, North American Charging Standard

Volkswagen Group of America is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead the North American Charging Standard (NACS) strategy and implementation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the electric future for the North American region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive NACS strategy aligned with Volkswagen Group's electric vehicle goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of NACS with vehicle projects across various brands.
  • Manage software integration into the relevant ID. Software rollout plan.
  • Define and track key performance indicators to measure the success of the NACS strategy.
  • Represent Volkswagen Group of America in NACS product committees.
Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a focus on product and project management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to drive decisions and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present at board level.
