Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our growing team at North American Credit Services. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving inquiries, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries. You will be responsible for:

  • Fielding and resolving inquiries via phone, chat, and other contact methods
  • Providing exceptional customer service and striving to anticipate and meet the needs of our clients
  • Treating all clients and colleagues with dignity and respect
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve quality and performance standards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $17.00 an hour, plus a monthly bonus of up to $500.00.
