Office Support Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Office Support. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.



Responsibilities:
  • Provide a positive first impression to residents, families, and visitors through exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Respond to resident concerns and address any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Participate in emergency procedures and respond to any situations that may arise during your shift.
  • Stay up-to-date on American House sales systems and procedures.
  • Assist with running or overseeing activities and events.
  • Notify the Executive Director of any emergency situations or concerns.
  • Identify areas in need of repair and report to the Executive Director.
  • Input work orders into the work order system.


Requirements:
  • Evident interpersonal relationship skills, passionate and empathetic.
  • Apparent compassion to serve others.
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Must pass a background check and TB test.


Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience working with seniors.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • 1-2 years of front desk/receptionist experience.
